For my first post on this brand new blog of mine, I decided to talk about some finds I found 2 weeks ago at my local CVS.
A while back I asked both my kids (6 and 2yrs) what they wanted their birthday to be of. My son answered superheroes (he's obsessed by the way) and my daughter appropriately said princesses. I think princesses is perfect for her age!! It's great to know well in advanced so you can go planning and purchasing everything you need.
On a trip to CVS with extra bucks in hand lol, I found "Summer" items on clearance, up to 75% off!! I would not consider everything in that section to have been summer items but it was there, so it was 50-70% off. Included in that section was a range of Princess items that would be perfect for my daughter 7th birthday in November. I was excited to say the least.
Every item was less than $1 (.50 or .75 to be exact) with the exception of the bouncy ball which was $1.25.
This was my last transaction on that trip to CVS because it did not give me back any extrabucks. I ended up with $10 EB that I then used on these items and paid about $1 OOP for everything you see above!!!!! That's why I love shopping at CVS, you never know what you will find.
